RITES DGM (HR) Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 03 Deputy General Manager Posts
RITES Ltd., a Navratna Central PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has invited online applications for 03 posts of Deputy General Manager (HR) on a regular basis (VC No. RG/31-R1/25). The PwBD vacancy is carried forward from unfilled posts. Priority: (1) candidates of the identified disability type, (2) any PwBD candidate meeting job requirements, (3) non-PwBD candidate if no suitable PwBD candidate is found.
Eligibility Criteria
- Specialisation proof: a certificate from the institute/university stating the HR specialisation is mandatory. Self-declaration is not accepted.
- HR experience areas: talent acquisition, retention, skill development, competency and leadership development, performance management, employee relations, labour law compliance, HR policies, manpower planning, training and development, welfare and discipline rules.
- CDA/IDA organisations: 11 years total, including at least 2 years in IDA ₹60,000–1,80,000 or CDA Level 11 (7th CPC). This is not needed for candidates already in the same or a higher scale.
- Private / other organisations: 11 years total and an annual CTC of at least ₹25.90 LPA in the latest organisation.
- Training, internship, teaching, academic, fellowship and PhD research periods are not counted as experience.
- Degree must be from an AICTE/UGC-recognised institution. All criteria are reckoned as on 02.12.2026.
Age Relaxation
PwBD relaxation applies only if the post is identified suitable: locomotor disability (OA, OL, OAL, BL, leprosy cured, acid attack victims), hearing impairment (PD) and visual impairment (LV).

- SC/ST/PwBD fees are refunded (less GST/bank charges) after they participate in the selection process and their certificate is verified.

Selection Process
Minimum interview marks: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts. The interview may be taken in Hindi or English. Candidates are posted anywhere in India or abroad, and the first year is probation.
Salary & Benefits
Pay scale ₹70,000–2,00,000 (IDA), fixed at the minimum of the scale. Benefits include DA, allowances, Performance Related Pay, medical facility, HRA/lease accommodation, PF, gratuity, Post Retirement Medical Scheme, group insurance and leave encashment. Pay protection applies to Govt/PSU employees who apply through proper channel or submit an NOC.

Important Notes
- Offer letters alone are not experience proof. Submit joining/relieving orders or experience certificates.
- Government/PSU employees must apply through proper channel or bring an NOC at interview.
- OBC-NCL certificates must not be older than one year on 02.12.2026, and EWS certificates must be valid for FY 2026-27.
