RHAC Talent 20 Mission 2026: Free APSC Coaching for Meritorious Students – Apply Before 12 November

How to Apply
| Step 1 | Collect the application form from the RHAC Secretariat, Dudhnoi, Goalpara, or from the concerned Councillor of your RHAC constituency. |
| Step 2 | Fill in the form and attach all relevant documents listed above. |
| Step 3 | Submit it at the office of the Principal Secretary, RHAC, Dudhnoi on or before 12.11.2026 (3:00 PM). |
| Step 4 | Appear for the written test / viva-voce. Selected candidates will be informed by the RHAC authority to join the coaching. |
