Vacancies are provisional and may change as per university requirement. PwBD disability types (a)–(d) are listed in Annexure-I of the official notice. USME = University School of Management & Entrepreneurship (East Delhi Campus).
Application fee
- Pay online only. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against another recruitment.
- EWS/SC/ST concession applies only if the post is reserved for your category and you applied against it.
Eligibility and recruitment rules
- Candidates must be Indian citizens. There is no upper age limit.
- Qualification, age and experience are counted as on 7 December 2026.
- Minimum research score: 75 for Associate Professor and 120 for Professor (UGC 2018 Appendix II, Table 2).
- 5% relaxation at Bachelor’s and Master’s level for SC/ST/OBC (NCL-Delhi) and PwBD in Mathematics & Computing, Applied Mathematics, Applied/Engineering Physics, Economics, Management, Humanities and Biotechnology (non-engineering).
- Only publications published (online or offline) by 7 December 2026 count.
- Foreign qualifications need an AIU equivalence certificate.

How to apply
- Fill Annexure-II first, using the UGC 18 July 2018 Appendix II, Table 2 criteria.
- Apply online at www.dtu.ac.in between 23 Oct and 7 Dec 2026 (5:00 PM) and pay the fee.
- Submit one separate application and fee for each discipline. Only one application per post is allowed.
- Print the form, sign every page and attach Annexure-II plus self-attested copies of degrees, experience, category/PwBD certificate, PhD thesis front page, publication front pages and fee receipt.
- Put everything in one sealed envelope marked “Application for the post of [Post] in the discipline of [Discipline]” and make sure it reaches by 21 Dec 2026, 5:00 PM.

Selection process
- Normally 10 candidates are called for the first post and 5 for each subsequent post.
- All stages are in person. Online verification, presentation or interview is not allowed. Biometrics are captured.
- No TA/DA is paid. Claims without documents are scored zero.
